Who we are...
We are a home based boutique that specializes in house shows and local DFW festivals. We search high and low for the cutest clothes and the most unique accessories to go with them. Most of our jewelry is EXCLUSIVE to Key2herheart as we design and hand make a majority of what is offered.
Why we are here...
Clearly, we love fashion and we are here to share that passion with as many beautiful women as possible! Key2herheart is all about standing out and wearing amazing apparel and jewelry that is just as unique and beautiful as you are! Who doesn't like a little spot light every now and then?
How to order...
Please use one of the contact boxes to send us an e-mail with your order. Include a phone number where we can call you to confirm availability and verify payment amount. An e-mail response will be sent as well (to the address you provide) with complete details to your order. Use the link at the bottom of the home screen to submit payments via various major credit cards. PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED. Products will be shipped out as soon as payment is received.
Our policy...
All merchandise is non-refundable. Apparel and shoes are exchangable for different size only and customers are to cover shipping cost. Apparel and shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition to allow exchange. Apparel and shoes must be exchanged within 15 days of shipping date on your order confirmation e-mail. Purses are final sale. Fashion Accessories are final sale. Hand made jewelry is final sale but will allow one free repair due to natural wear (ie: missing crystal, size adjustment...) with-in the first 60 days from shipping date on your order confirmation e-mail. Customers are to cover shipping cost. Additional repairs will be made up to 6 months from shipping date on your order confirmation e-mail. There will be a small fee for these repairs and the customer is to cover shipping cost. All exchange or repair requests must first be approved via e-mail to verify exchange availability and/or prepare for repair.
